About the programs
BC Endurance Trainings prepare recreational athletes for Hawaii’s major running and triathlon events.
Each training program lasts about three months, with workouts three times a week—twice on weekday evenings (5:30 to 7:15 pm) and once on a weekend morning (7:00 to 9:30 am).

Running, Jogging & Walking Programs
Learn the game of running during this 10-week program that focuses on short races, quick intervals and little known facets of the racing game. Workouts on Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
BC Trails | January 6 - April 27, 2008
Build a base of stamina on these long trail runs through the forests of Waimanalo and the flats of Kaena Point. Appropriate for runners, joggers and walkers. Twelve weekend trail runs on dates selected to avoid conflicts with major races.
Discover Oahu’s scenic trails during this 12-week program preparing beginner and intermediate athletes for the Kilauea Volcano Wilderness Runs (5-miles, 10-miles and marathon). Running, jogging or walking workouts on Monday & Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
An off-road alternative to training on the streets. We explore east Oahu’s ridge trails to the summit of the Koolau Mountains. Come prepared for a long and arduous training hike.
Train in ability groups (runner, jogger, and walker) during this excellent program that prepares beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes for the Honolulu Marathon. Workouts on Monday & Wednesday evenings in Honolulu and Kailua, and on Saturday morning at various locations around the island.
Triathlon Programs
Increase your efficiency and hone your bike handling skills while you get in shape for the Honu Half-Ironman Triathlon. Bike on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings; do a long trail run on Sunday mornings.
Train at your highest level during this 12-week training that focuses on one of Hawaii’s most challenging events—the Honu Half-Ironman Triathlon on the Kona Coast of the Big Island. For intermediate and advanced athletes who want to test their triathlon skills and endurance. Workouts on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and both weekend mornings.
Train safely competently and enjoyably during this 18-week training preparing beginner and intermediate triathletes for the Honolulu Triathlon (May 18) and the Tinman Triathlon (July 20). Workouts in at least two sports at our tri center near Kahala Mall on Tuesday and Thursday evening and in Kapiolani Park on Sunday morning.
Maintain your tri training discipline after the Tinman, while you prepare for the Waikiki Rough Water Swim, the Na Wahine Triathlon, the Century Bike Ride and the Ko Olina Triathlon. Workouts on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.
